Changed the Name

I changed the Name of this Blog, rather than starting another. There have not been sufficient amusing incidents and interesting news to keep Dotty Pants going. Secrets of a Seed Scatterer is a Garden blog, but not a daily journal. Dotty is going to be mostly daily records of what is blooming, what sprouted, weather and other trivial garden matters. The dog and cat may be featured.
