Jean, I love his method, but it only works well with very good quality ribbon!
I guessed as much, Judy. I wish I had silk ribbons like our hair bows as children. Polyester ribbons from the notions counter don't drape like those did.
I have some bolts of ribbons from the fifties from an old flower shop, probably not usable for this purpose, but fun to have.
